{Accountability Partners}

I don’t know about you, but I’m ready to get back on track with my {Accountability Partners}. Boy have I missed you ladies!!!!

There’s something about friends holding each other accountable that gets the ball rolling. And so- this March we begin our March Health and Fitness Challenge. That’s right, you know how it goes.

  1. Pick a food you will give up. That’s right. Whatever has it’s hold on you… for me it’s CHOCOLATE… ai!!!! Give it up just for the month of March.
  2. Exercise: 30-45 minutes at least 4 times a week.
  3. Dust off your weights.
  4. Clear off your treadmill (we know you’ve been using it as extra storage space!).
  5. Get your sneakers ready!!!

We are going into March with a plan…

“Suppose one of you wants to build a tower. Will he not first sit down and estimate the cost to see if he has enough money to complete it? For if he lays the foundation and is not able to finish it, everyone who sees it will ridicule him saying, “This fellow began to build and was not able to finish.” (Luke 14:28-30).

So go ahead, take out your paper and list the reasons why you want to live {A Healthy Lifestyle}. Then write the things that are stopping you from getting there. If you’re honest with yourself, you’ll find that one of the most important things stopping you is yourself.

So what do you say? Are you ready to start believing again? Are you ready to put in the work necessary to see results? So you failed before… so what? So you started and didn’t finish…

That doesn’t matter to me.

What matters to me is that you make a decision today. What will your life look like starting today? Hey- I’m in this with you. I’ve had my own setbacks. But at the end of the day, a setback is just that… a setback.

Today, you get a fresh start. A new beginning.. And with God, my friend all things, including living a healthy lifestyle, are possible!

Alright ladies, if you are up for the challenge, we are taking off full swing.
